NYT Easy Skillet Brownies

First, make sure the brownies (no matter what recipe) are fully cooled before cutting if you want zero fall apart. These easy skillet brownies are more of a brownie cake hybrid. Personally, I mix the ingredients in a separate bowl then transfer to the cast iron skillet. Once cooled, they slice perfectly into wedges!
